Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind or something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns work:Your right to cancel (online orders)
- If you’ve bought from us online, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
- To cancel, just email us at store@ministryoftesting.com with your order number.
- Once you’ve told us, you then have another 14 days to return the item.
Condition of returns
- Please return items in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
- You’re responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Refunds
- We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will include the price you paid plus the original standard delivery cost (if charged).
- We cannot refund upgraded delivery options (e.g. express shipping).
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at store@ministryoftesting.com. You are always entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to return
- Email us at store@ministryoftesting.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Send the item to: Ministry of Testing Ltd, 19 New Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1UF
- Keep proof of postage — we can’t refund items lost in transit.
